After we bought QB Blueberrys Muffin in 2002, we tried repeatedly to buy her dam Blueberry Miss. We were thrilled when Tammy Beaman
contacted us and asked if we would be interested in buying her. Two months after producing another beautiful blue
roan filly for us in 2006, she started to lose weight rapidly and within a week went into kidney failure. Our vet never did figure out what caused the decline in her health.
Despite aggressive therapy of fluids and antibiotics she never recovered. After several days of suffering, we decided to have her euthanized.
