We bought Blues Plenty Man in 2005 from NS Farms in Kansas City, MO where he was used for roping and breeding. We bought him to breed to our Leo Hancock Hayes daughters to raise line bred Blue Valentine horses without inbreeding them. Blues Plenty Man stands out as a genetically unique individual being a son of Blues Kingfisher and out of a daughter of Gooseberry. Blues Plenty Man has been a good herd stallion for us. He has the Blue Valentine disposition combined with the old time Quarter Horse build. We have raised and are using several of his colts on our ranch and have found them to have solid minds and quiet dispositions. This stallion really puts the roan on his babies! We have raised and kept several of his daughters to go into our breeding program and after much consideration we have decided to put him up for sale.
